Does a alarm system reduce risk of burglary ?
Yes it does. Premises without an intruder system are 3 to 4 times more likely to be burgled. A alarm system installed by a licensed installer is highly recommended by the NZ Police.

What about Pets in the home ?
All our systems can be fitted with Pet Friendly detectors.

Can I get wireless remotes ?
We are able to provide any number of wireless remotes you require as long as your system has wireless capability.

Worried about a fire in your home / premises ?
Smoke Detectors are easily added to your system.

Which is better – Wired smoke detectors or battery operated ?
Wired smoke detectors are far superior as they offer the following advantages

1. Dont have to replace batteries
2. Sound loud external sirens to alert neighbours
3. If monitored then system sends fire signal
4. Cannot sleep through sirens
   

Does an alarm system use a lot of power ?
A domestic alarm system uses approximately 3 cent of power a day.

What if we have a power cut ?
All of our alarm systems contain a Battery Backup power supply , which allows the alarm system to continue its operation if the power is turned off.
